Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor export process through effective communication/coordination with related parties from factory, inventory to freight forwarder to ensure smoothly flowing and efficiently in a timely manner.
- Work closely with customer to improve the accuracy of rolling forecast and monitor stocks consistently to avoid overstock and understock in inventory.
- In parallel, coordinate with factory to ensure order is produced in accordance with rolling forecast plan from customer.
- Prepare and issue export documentation such as, invoice, packing list on a regular basis and coordinate with the 3rd parties for other required export documents and/or on request by customer.
- Monitor & deliver export sales data on a monthly basis with Business Development Manager to determine if goals and objectives are being met.
- Coodinating, assiting and completing tasks assigned by manager & assistant manager accurately and efficiently within a given time frame.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other which related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience of export sales in cosmetic is preferred.
- Background knowledge in cosmetic industry is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill both English & Thai.
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications is a must.
- Capable of handling multiple high pressure tasks.
- Detailed and well-organized.
- Strong presentation and good communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal, problem soliving and customer relation skills.
