Set the organization's pay structure and benefits offerings. Determine competitive wage rates and develop or modify compensation plans.
Evaluate employee benefits policies to assess whether they are current, competitive, and legal.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in compensation & benefits with a minimum of 5 years' at management level.
• Experienced in the implementation of HRIS software and practiced in the role of Corporate or Strategic HR will be a plus.
• Good written and conversation skills in English.
