Assistant Marketing and Communication Manager (International Market)

The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing and communication (on social and digital media, as well as on e-commerce platforms) for international markets. Native-level proficiency in English is a prerequisite for this job; the candidate must be able to create content and captions in English.

He/she will be working closely with peers in the International Business Development unit, as well as with the brand's local marketing and communication teams, to leverage best practices and materials from the local market for international markets.

 
Job Responsibilities

  • Developing marketing and communications strategy, managing budget and timeline, and monitoring performance measures to achieve the branding goals.
  • Creating content and communication materials in collaboration with both internal and external designers.
  • Implementing marketing and communication activities, ensuring smooth execution of planned activities, and measuring results post-activities.
  • Compiling monthly marketing and communication reports to analyze and suggest ways to improve and optimize future activities.


Qualifications

  • A self-starter with new, creative ideas who can work independently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, international business management, communication, or any other related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience managing social and digital media, particularly social media content planning, is required.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platform content management is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; experience in English copywriting is a plus.
