Responsibilities
- Creating and implementing a visual merchandising strategy for the store (Thai & Upcountry)
- Ensuring the strategy is in line with the store's brand, products and target market.
- Generating sketches of visual displays & finalizing designs and creating details.
- Sourcing the props, creative materials and accessories for displays to keep the excitement at the store as well as matching the CI.
- Installing and setting up window displays and in-store displays.
Qualifications
- 23 years+
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years hands-on visual merchandising experience preferably in fast-paced environment of leading beauty, lifestyle product, retail, or fashion industry.
- Experience in handling multiple projects and able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Be innovative and open to new ideas.
- Detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Good Team player as well as able to work independently.
