Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Demand and Inventory Planning

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze all data relevant to developing a sales forecast and a plan order in order to propose a production plan.
  • Monitors and maintains overall current stock levels (stock cover days, safety stock, lead-time) both domestically and internationally.
  • Monitors and manages non-move, aging, overstock, and turnover stock productively.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team and Sales team to accurately forecast trends and promotions.
  • Co-ordinate with the factory to control the plan, order, and confirmation date to deliver.
  • Initiate ideas and implements projects along with the Company's objectives and KPIs.
  • Investigate issues and resolves problems, tracks retail orders, and generates orders as requested by the sales operation.
  • Create reports and summarizes overall stock control as guidance, comparing it to sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, logistics, or related fields.
  • Senior Executive Level: Minimum 4-year experience in Demand and Inventory Planning.
  • Assistant Manager Level: Minimum 8-year experience in Demand and Inventory Control.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Retail Operations.
  • Experience in FMCG and Retail Management.
  • Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence skills in advance.
  • Database Management skills , Ability to analyze and solve issues.
  • Ability to work under pressure , Service mind; fluent in English.
  • Self-motivated and self-adjusted.
  • Have leadership and creativity skills (Assistant Manager Level).
