Support the business objectives by defining and implementing the company commercial strategy for the traditional trade channel. His / her strategy shall result in sustainable profitable growth and market share gain in this particular sales channel.
The future Traditional Trade Sales Manager will be leading the sales force dedicated for the traditional trade channel to achieve the sales, distribution and visibility targets of company portfolio while enhancing the, go to market” approach and keep developing the relations with key customers, Manage Traditional Trade (TT) channel and lead the team in accordance with sales plans to achieve/exceed objectives in terms of revenue, market share and market penetration.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field.
* More than 5 years of sales and marketing experience within the FMCG sector specially with at least 5+ of general/traditional trade sales experience.
* Previous experience in baby / and/or infant category products in a definite plus.
* Able to effectively communicate in English at an advanced level.
* Able to work independently and proven sales achievements is a must.
* Flexible to travel to Up Country markets frequently as part of the normal job responsibilities
